The hotel and location are beautiful but what makes this place special are the staff. I was stranded in Luxembourg due to a cancelled flight. I made the booking and called the hotel to confirm. Staff were kind and reassuring - especially so late at night. I was given essential toiletries and was finally able to relax in my amazing suite. Next day I needed to run a webinar and a conference room was found for me. All the staff were great and I want to make a special shout out to Johannes who went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you - I was moved by your care and generosity.

We stayed for the weekend of the local Ironman 70.3. Hotel staff were very helpful. They had a room to safely store bikes, and provided a shuttle and opened the restaurant early the morning of the race. The pool attendant was wonderful, kind, helpful, and attentive. A great place to recover after the competition.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 10 years and it never fails to delight us. Some of the staff greeted us like old friends even though this was our first visit since 2021. The food and facilities are all superb. As with all great hotels its is the staff that make it special.

Staff was helpful and service oriented, Rooms are spacious and confortable. Food at breakfast was very good, as well as the restaurant. i tried a lovely local white wine and a sparkling wine. I encourage the promotion The wellness area was nice and clean.
